AFTER 18 MONTHS

18 months ago I bought an electric bike …. I thought it was a good idea at the time. I’ve ridden it a handful of times but Jayne thinks it’s a waste and clutters up the garage. Today I decided a bike ride was in order. I only rode to Quenington and back, just 10km in 30 minutes but had a peak speed of 38kph. I got back exhausted having only burned 208 calories. I’m going to have to try harder.
