LONDON TOURISTS

Going to a London art gallery on a Sunday morning is a “must do”. I wanted to go via the cafe in Covent Garden selling honey toast but it was closed for a staff holiday so breakfast at Tom’s then a (free bus pass) trip into London for a visit to the Tate. We didn’t want to pay the admission fee for the Frida Kahlo exhibition but there was lots of other stuff to see. Some was really interesting and some really wasn't. We really loved the carpet wall where you could use the carpet pile to create art. We then walked to Borough Market and met up with every tourist that was visiting the UK that day. It was heaving. I managed to take a unique photo that nobody else has taken - honestly. We had a most unusual lunch at a salad cafe ATIS, queued for donuts at Bread Ahead then came home to the peace and quiet of village life.
